Train ‘n’ Play sessions are a fun, enrichment-focused experience designed to give your dog a proper mental and physical workout, all in one visit.
What is a Train ‘n’ Play Session?
This is one-on-one time with our trainer dedicated entirely to your dog’s development and enjoyment.
Over the course of an up to 1-hour session, your dog will engage in a mix of positive reward-based training and purposeful play activities tailored to their age, personality and current skill level.
Sessions may include:
- Foundation and life skills training (sit, drop, stay, recall, loose lead walking)
- Impulse control games
- Scent work and enrichment activities
- Interactive play using toys, movement and reward-based games
- Confidence-building activities for shy or anxious dogs
- General manners and focus exercises
Every session is shaped around what your dog enjoys and what they need most right now. No two sessions look exactly the same.

Play is not a reward for good behaviour. It is a training tool in its own right.
When dogs are engaged through play, they are more motivated, more focused and more willing to try new things. A well-structured play session taps into your dog’s natural instincts, builds confidence, reduces stress and anxiety, and helps create a calmer, more settled dog at home.
